Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals and provide meaningful impact across multiple platforms.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business requirements. Strong understanding of order to cash processes and integration points within SAP environments. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning within SAP SD. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
