Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: SAP MM Materials Management. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the applications function optimally and meet client requirements. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work towards delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP MM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Analyze the organization's business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP MM technology.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management.
• Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams.
• Support the implementation of SAP MM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams.
• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 9+ Years of E2E Implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Material Management module with lead role.
• 5+ Year of consulting experience in Middle East OR India based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas Industry flavour.
• Resource should have an in-depth understanding and extensive experience in SAP S4HANA Material Management.
• The MM consultant should be able to cover support for the majority of the modules listed below:
• Configuration of MM Modules: Perform Strategic Sourcing, Execute Transactional Sourcing, Process RFx, Contract Management, Subcontractor Collaboration / Enhancement, Subcontractor Relationship Management (Risk / Qualification / Performance), Materials Requirement Planning, Quality Management, Develop Supply Chain Network Strategy, Inventory Management, Plan & Manage Logistics.
• Good understanding of MM with neighbouring skills of Ariba, WM - Warehoud Management.
• Resource should have good experience and in-depth understanding of existing Business Processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) of SAP S4HANA MM.
• Has dirven design workshops with Business Process Owners as per best practices.
• Reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards.
• Assist in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination of all testing activities across the modules and third parties so the activity is managed in an end-to-end manner.
• Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules and 3rd party systems like TBMS, Ariba etc.

Additional Information:

• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Resource should have strong English communication and writing skills.
