Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Must have skills: React.js

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Angular.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality code.
• Implement reusable components, services, and state management (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs services.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure software quality.
