Custom Software Engineer

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Management. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. 15 years full time education required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.
• Develop and document application specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Management.
• Experience with application design methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to assess user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles to enhance user experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
