Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills: Veeva CRM. Good to have skills: Configuration Management (CM). Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software components, while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and technological advancements to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
• Good To Have Skills: Configuration Management (CM).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product configuration.
• Experience with system integration and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies that support software customization and client-specific adaptations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
