PIM Architect (Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Syndigo)

As a PIM Architect (Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Syndigo), you will design the overarching data architecture and integration strategy for our entire E-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for how the PIM interacts with ERP, PLM, CRM, and global marketplaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design scalable data models and system architectures for global, multi-channel environments.
• Define the integration strategy (API-led, Middleware, or Flat-file) between the PIM and the broader tech stack (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Architect high-level data models and business rules that support global, multi-language, and multi-region requirements.
• Select and evaluate new tools or modules to enhance the PIM ecosystem.
• Establish enterprise-level data standards, security protocols, and localization strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
• 7–8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or PIM architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of the E-commerce ecosystem (Headless commerce, Microservices, APIs).
• Architecture experience in Syndigo, Akeneo, or Salsify, Stibo STEP, or Pimcore is a plus.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Deep technical expertise in Java/PHP, SQL, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), REST/SOAP APIs and microservices-based E-commerce environments.
• Extensive experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and ETL architecture.
• Mastery of REST/SOAP APIs and microservices-based E-commerce environments.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
