The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous refinement of software components to meet evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules within enterprise software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize compensation workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
