Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance in diverse environments.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
