As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing applications using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be part of a dynamic environment where problem-solving and innovation are key to achieving project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
• Assist in the documentation of software processes and updates to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software defects effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
