Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
