Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Python is required. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and operate efficiently. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating reliable and scalable software components, testing their functionality, and refining them to enhance performance and usability. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of software systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and user manuals to support application usage and maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems to manage codebase effectively.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Familiarity with debugging and testing techniques to ensure software quality.
• Knowledge of integrating applications with databases and external APIs.
