Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that applications are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Strong understanding of application performance metrics and monitoring tools. Experience in developing performance testing plans and strategies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in performance testing.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
