Cloud Services Engineer

Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. Proficiency in Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) is required. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders to highlight trends and areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Hitachi Data Systems (HDS).
• Strong understanding of cloud orchestration and automation tools.
• Experience with service delivery management and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and escalation protocols.
