Cloud Platform Engineer

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

Must have skills: ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance, while also creating proof of concepts to validate your designs and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development of best practices for cloud application deployment and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
