Cloud Operations Administrator

Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. Must have skills include Avamar Backup Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience is required. Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and report on cloud resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Avamar Backup Administration.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience with capacity management and cost optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with billing and show back operations in cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Avamar Backup Administration.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
