Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. This position will be a blend of BI project management, consulting, relationship management, hands-on BI development, support & configuration using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Data Studio. Provide a world-class support for leveraging the Power BI services and capabilities. Work directly with the clients to understand requirement and propose & develop best business solution that enables effective decision making and drive business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent graduates with overall 6-7 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with BI/Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Data Studio
• Minimum 4 years of experience on Power BI
• Strong data extraction & SQL query skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Strong understanding of Data Integration
• Strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts
• Ability to convert complex data into effective displays that are consumable by clients/end users
• Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, tools and dashboards
• Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs
• Strong understanding of data / semantic modeling, KPI definition, and storytelling through interactive visuals
• Experienced in creating interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio
• Should be comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting decision-making through actionable, insight-driven analysis
• Ensure optimal performance and utilization of Power BI across user base
• Apply broad subject matter expertise in developing and recommending dashboards per PowerBI Visualization features
• Partner with appropriate team to ensure performance & delivery meets SLAs
