Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our applications, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server.
• Familiarity with SQL Server security features and best practices.
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
