Application Tech Support Practitioner

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills: Cloud Unified Communication Operations. Good to have skills: NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education with below skill sets Contact center experience MSFT TeamTeam TelephonyMTR Cisco Webex DI experience Ability to run projects when tasked by the Engineering team.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our systems operate seamlessly. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing client issues and leveraging your extensive product knowledge to design effective resolutions, all while maintaining a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with MSFT Team TelephonyMTR.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Webex DI and its integration in communication systems.
  • Ability to manage and execute projects effectively when assigned by the Engineering team.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education with below skill sets is required.
