Application Tech Support Practitioner

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have skills: Apple macOS Management

Good to have skills: NEXThink, Microsoft Intune

Minimum 5 years of experience is required

15 years full time education is required

As an End user computing support engineer, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apple macOS Management.
  • Experience with NEXThink, Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and client support processes.
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
