Application Tech Support Practitioner

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have skills: Configuration Database & CI Management

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
  • Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must to have skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Experience in incident and problem management processes.
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration management databases (CMDB).

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
