Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
