Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools to resolve application-related issues.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
