Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to foster team collaboration and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
