Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: SUSE Linux Administration, Ubuntu Linux Administration

Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration, Ubuntu Linux Administration.
• Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with shell scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
