Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology infrastructure. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing the support processes.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning. Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies. Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
