Application Support Engineer
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Minimum 5 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize PTC Windchill modules based on business requirements.
- Implement workflows, UI customizations, and Info*Engine tasks for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues effectively.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill customization and configuration.
- Proficient in Java, JSP, Windchill APIs (JCA, OOTB services) for custom development.
- Experience with Workflows, Lifecycle templates, and Access Control policies.
- Familiar with SQL/Oracle DB concepts, Info*Engine tasks, and basic integrations.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and version control tools (Git/SVN).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
