As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy Fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Familiarity with database management and data integration processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
