As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining the reliability and performance of critical software applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Good to have skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management. This position is based at our Chennai office.
