Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Microsoft Azure IaaS. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
