Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in discussions to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for improved efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
