Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operational workflows. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in debugging and analyzing SAP HANA applications to identify root causes of issues.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration points.
• Ability to optimize ABAP code for performance improvements within HANA environments.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling related to SAP HANA.
• Skilled in using SAP development tools and transport management systems.
