Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Microsoft SharePoint Administration. Good to have skills: NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns.
• Monitor application performance and stability, and take proactive measures to improve them.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.
• Document and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration.
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and customization options.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues.

Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. This position is based at our Indore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
