Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Minimum 3 years of experience is required.

15 years full time education is required.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve diagnosing and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to identify problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & technical skills:

  • Must to have skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with integration of SAP modules and their impact on financial reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial transactions and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP configuration settings and their implications on business processes.
