Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Good to have skills: NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management. Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies. Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows environments. Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of Windows servers.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
