Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new software features and enhancements.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of software debugging techniques.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
