Software Engineering Team Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Software Engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the Reinsurance – AMS project.

Responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, delivering dynamic services by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions by providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure optimal performance of business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a robust knowledge base.
