Application Support Engineer
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Minimum 12 years of experience is required in Automation in Application Maintenance. A 15 years full time education is required.
Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality.
Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
