As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring system functionality, and enhancing user experience through effective solutions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the systems you support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
  • Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Contract Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve software issues effectively.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and their integration with applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
