As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous engagement with complex technical environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity, often requiring collaboration with different teams to address challenges effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify root causes of system issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system incidents.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Generative AI.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and support processes.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI. This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
