Application Support Engineer

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Contact Center Technology Capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration with contact center systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and availability.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
