Application Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Exadata Database Machine.
- Strong understanding of database management principles.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required. Bachelors of Engineering 15 years full time education
