Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JIRA administration and configuration. Understanding of workflows, permission schemes, and screen schemes. Experience with JIRA plugins and integrations. Knowledge of JIRA REST APIs and automation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or web technologies (optional).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in JIRA/Atlassian tools administration. Certifications like Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator (preferred).
