As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
