Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Adobe Magento Commerce. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Magento Commerce.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of business-critical application environments.
