Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: Automated Testing

Good to have skills: NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup, manually execute and maintain test scripts for Integration (API) Testing, System Testing and E2E Testing across different test environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on test results, raise and retest defects, update test scripts.
• Manage test data required for test execution.
• Maintain and run regression test sets.
• Provide input to and work together with test automation team for automating regression scenarios.
• Perform peer-reviews.

Technical skills:

• Software testing methodologies (ISTQB)
• Experience in Salesforce Functional Manual Testing (Marketing/ Sales/ Service clouds).
• Excellent manual testing skills (System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing)

Optional skills:

• TOSCA test automation knowledge and experience
• Ability to develop and maintain test cases in TOSCA.
• Experience in API testing (using tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger)
