Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve analyzing system performance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and optimal functionality of applications. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
• Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office. A 15 years full time education is required.
