Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: DevOps

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Cloud Security: In-depth knowledge of AWS security services including IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, and Shield. Proficient knowledge on Mercedes-Benz related solutions (GAS, Alice, and AWS-IDP)

Security Compliance: Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and CIS. Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz corporate compliance controls (RISE)

Vulnerability Management: Experienced in conducting security assessments and remediating vulnerabilities. Proficient in composing work-packages to remediate vulnerabilities (to be executed by product teams)

Incident Response: Skilled in developing incident response plans and managing security incidents effectively

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for secure infrastructure provisioning, to be able to act as Quality Assurance gatekeeper for Infrastructure-as-Code solutions

Monitoring & Auditing: Expertise in AWS CloudTrail, CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Grafana monitoring/logging tools for con
