Must have skills: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
• Ability to work with configuration management tools and automate routine tasks.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support best practices.
