Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of analysts in managing CA Spectrum monitoring
• Define and implement network monitoring strategies
• Ensure compliance with performance and availability standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Oversee training and development of team members
• Manage resource allocation and project timelines

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expertise in CA Spectrum and network automation
• Leadership and team management skills

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Broadcom CA Gen.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
