Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience in developing and debugging SAP HANA applications.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing code for performance improvements within SAP environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP modules and interfaces.
• Familiarity with database concepts and integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
